THE MAIN CHARACTERS….

The main characters of our campaign throughout the Northern Lands of Allelon began as…

Ash, the lawful swordswoman

Tails, the halfling Bard

Tipple, the Priest

Keylar, the up and coming wizard

Later, Tipple and Keylar left the campaign: Tipple to help form a new priesthood outside of Ilos, and Keylar to help the mages school of Ilos.  However, Ash and Tails continued to adventure and picked up several new partners…

Morrigon, the Wolfsister

Douglas, faithful of Adonai

Owen, brawler and trouble maker

The core concept behind this campaign world was D&D in reverse…I wanted to have an adventuring party be apart of events that would turn their world into a D&D campaign setting… what that means is there are no dragons, elves, dwarves, giants, orcs, etc…these things come into existence as a result of a cataclysmic event that will take place at the end of the campaign year.  This event is called, The Return.

THE RACES…

So, as we started the only races were humans and halflings.  The halflings have become such a loveable and memorable race that I have decided not to bring dwarfs into the campaign world upon The Return.  As of this point in the time-line I am also offering a “half-elven” race but they will not be “elven” in the classic way, and this has to be do with the Tei/El Return so we are referring to these types as “Tei-touched” or “El-touched” respectively.

THE CLASSES…
These two races could play the following classes:

Fighter (customizable according to the expanded 2nd edition rules)

Ranger (with abilities that would be gained at later levels if from the Alendor Forest, or with full range if from the Fal region)

Wizard (if from the Ilonian region then they would train the the Ilonian School, if not they would be wild and the rest is still being developed)

Cleric (the classic Cleric class would be someone who has been Tei or El touched and their powers for their enfluence would come from that)

Specialty Priest (the mythos of the Fal and Frozen Lands have not been fully developed, however, one could be a priest of the Land (nature, harvest, etc), priest of Adonai (the greater power of the Northern Lands and more venerated and known throughout the Colonial Lands)…there are also several cults popping up who may also begin to have speciality priests: The Cult of the Serpent and The Purifiers.

Bard (the classic adventuring class)
